JOB TITLE:Records & RegistrationRegistration Clerk Backfill Classification:Temporary LOCATION:PDC, Tawa Building, Records & Registration Office
REPORTS TO:Assistant Registrar OVERTIME ELIGIBLE:X YES NO # OF DIRECT REPORTS: 0
GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the direction of the Assistant Registrar the Data Clerk will provide support to the Records & Registration Office during the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (Anthology) known as Project EmpowerED. It will be the responsibility of the Data Clerk to work within the legacy ERP system (Jenzabar) to create and maintain student accounts, assist students and employees with all records and registration functions and provide support to current employees and their duties throughout the implementation.
This is a full-time, temporary position. Position term is for Fall 2024 through the end of Project EmpowerED, which is expected to go-live by February 2026 and close by June 2026.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Support the Records & Registration office during Project EmpowerED.
Process student registrations within legacy ERP.
Run data integrity reports within legacy ERP correcting errors or referring to appropriate areas of the college for action.
Maintain and file paper or electronic records as required.
Respond to requests for information from the public, students, and employees.
Cross train with respective desks to complete daily tasks.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Ability to sit for prolonged periods in front of a computer; ability to maneuver and work in small or confined work areas, to safely access equipment using a ladder, to lift and carry equipment that may weigh 75 lbs. for more than 100 yards and work in confined spaces and heights over ten feet. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
GED or High School Graduation.
Two years of general office experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate’s Degree.
