Primary Purpose of Position:

Minimum Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Successful candidates must possess exceptional interpersonal skills to interact effectively and diplomatically with a wide range of individuals
- Have a working knowledge of telephone and customer service etiquette
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision and to take initiative and see a project through
- Ability to work well under pressure, to adhere to deadlines, and the ability to be flexible
- Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exercises good judgment and discretion when assisting customers
- Requires excellent editing and computer skills, i.e., proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Publisher)
- Analytical and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work
- Sufficient skill in typing to complete 60 wpm accuracy
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
