Xavier University is seeking a Transformation Coordinator, a pivotal position designed to support and advance the institution's transformation initiatives. As a Transformation Coordinator, you will play a critical role in collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to inform strategic decisions. Your responsibilities will include coordinating project activities to ensure that project milestones are met in a timely and efficient manner. You will facilitate collaboration among various teams, fostering a spirit of unity and purpose as the university embarks on transformative projects. Monitoring the impact of these efforts on key business outcomes will be a core aspect of your role, as it is essential to measure the effectiveness of the changes being implemented. Your contribution will be instrumental in building and reinforcing a culture of continuous improvement, positioning the university to adapt to changes with agility and foresight.

Qualifications include:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in a coordination or project management role
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
