Type of Position: Full-time Salaried, Exempt
Work Schedule, Hours per week: M-F, 8a-5p, 40 hours per week
Pay Range: $53,900 - $70,100 and determined based on relevant years of work experience.

Position Summary: Support the implementation of accreditation standards to ensure the Johnson County Community College (JCCC) College Now program adheres to National Alliance of Concurrent Enrollment Partnership (NACEP) guidelines and meets Higher Learning Commission faculty requirements. Manage data to support efficient systems of reporting obligations, scheduling, and collaboration with high school partners. Establish and manage student engagement activities for belonging and college transition. Provide training and support faculty.
Required Qualifications: Requires moderate skill set and proficiency in discipline. Conducts work assignments of increasing complexity under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment. Requires a bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience.

Position Details: Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage and document the faculty credentialing compliance plan process to ensure high school teachers are making annual progress and meeting JCCC and Higher Learning Commission faculty requirements.
- Design, implement, analyze and manage data collection and dissemination processes for accurate and efficient reporting systems for NACEP, KBOR, JCCC, and high school partners.
- Produce handbooks, guides, and other resources to facilitate ongoing professional development opportunities for the College Now instructors and JCCC faculty liaisons.
- Manage student course scheduling and faculty communication in coordination with JCCC Student Services department.
- Direct College Now student belonging and engagement activities to meet student needs.
- Manage faculty onboarding/training and professional development activities to support NACEP standards.
- Manage multiple data sets and communication to perform daily administrative responsibilities resulting in detailed and accurate digital records.
- Coordinate processes with internal and external stakeholders to support students, faculty, and high school partners.
