Description:
The Juilliard School seeks applicants for violin faculty positions for the Pre-College, with potential for students in the Music Advancement Program (MAP) as well. Responsibilities include teaching weekly applied lessons, studio classes, possible chamber music coaching, and recruiting. The faculty position is also expected to attend annual auditions and juries, departmental meetings, student recitals, and participate actively in the school community.
The Juilliard School Preparatory Division offers a comprehensive conservatory-style music program for advanced students of elementary through high-school age who exhibit the talent, potential, and ambition to pursue serious music study at the college level.
