The Department of Psychology invites applications for a two-year term contract with the possibility of renewal appointment beginning in Fall 2025. Assistant Professor (Ph.D.) preferred; Instructor (ABD) or Associate Professor possible. We welcome candidates with any research and teaching specialization within psychology, but we have specific needs in the areas of developmental psychology, social psychology, statistics, and research methods. Our energetic faculty teach a lively laboratory-based curriculum embedded within a natural science perspective. Our innovative curriculum enables exploration of the boundaries and interdisciplinary potentials of the discipline. The department’s strong commitment to inclusivity is evident by our record of success in attracting and retaining students from diverse backgrounds. Our welcoming mentoring community supports the development of faculty and students alike. Term contract renewals are subject to departmental and college priorities and budget availability.
