POSITION: TENURE-TRACK POSITION IN MANAGEMENT- ALL RANKS



LOCATION: SCHOOL OF BUSINESS- MANAGEMENT

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Department of Management invites applications for one (1) full-time tenured or tenure-track faculty appointment (at assistant, associate or full professor) commencing Fall 2025 to teach at both the New Jersey City University (NJCU) School of Business in Jersey City and the Main NJCU campus.

Applicants should have a strong commitment to excellence in teaching, research and service. The successful applicant will be required to teach both basic and advanced courses at the undergraduate and graduate level, will be expected to develop new programs and course offerings for the Management Department, and maintain scholarly engagement in their respective field. In extraordinary cases, as determined by the University, a terminal degree may not be required.

Candidates with the ability to teach multiple course preparations are preferred as is related industry experience in a professional management position.

EDUCATION: Candidates should have an earned doctorate in Management and Marketing.
