Job Purpose:
The Department of Theology/Religious Studies seeks a Faculty Specialist, beginning in Fall 2025, to teach Introduction to Bible and Introduction to Christian Theology - courses which are required of all students at this Catholic and Jesuit University. The appointment will be for an initial term of one year, with potential for renewal.
Essential Duties:
The position will involve teaching four courses per semester and engaging in service to the department, university and community.
Additional Skills Required:

Minimum Education Requirements:
MA/MDiv, evidence of skill and enthusiasm in undergraduate teaching, the ability to teach the above listed introductory courses, and support for the mission of the University are required. PhD and evidence of recent scholarship are welcomed.
