Job Summary
The Digital Learning Solutions (DLS) Operations and Support Analyst is a competent professional who works independently with general supervision. This role will play a pivotal role in maintaining on-site operational excellence at the PNW campus and providing data expertise to the DLS team. This position requires a balance of operational support, engagement, and data analytics responsibilities to ensure optimal performance and support strategic decision-making. Key duties include: ensuring quality tier 2 support and managing PNW-specific communications, utilizing LMS data tools for report generation and stakeholder support, and performing additional duties. A successful candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of system capabilities, a commitment to data-driven solutions, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization. This position requires on site support at PNW campus but may allow for some remote work.
This position will be onsite at the PNW Hammond location but you will work alongside Purdue system colleagues across all four campuses: FW, NW, WL, and Indianapolis.

What We're Looking For:
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, data, or related fields.
- Two (2) to three (3) years of experience in data analytics, LMS administration (Brightspace preferred), project management, interfacing with vendors and stakeholders to drive project success, managing change, and implementing solutions
- Demonstrated ability to do root cause analysis, systems testing, defect tracking and resolution
- Knowledge of project management and organizational change management
- Demonstrated skills in report writing, data analysis, and analytical thinking
- Working knowledge of system design and analysis practices
- Personal competencies in integrity, flexibility/adaptability, stress management, judgment/problem solving and drive for results
- Ability to:
- solve problems, facilitate meetings, resolve conflict and lead teams to consensus
- effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences at various levels
- accept and instigate change and accept project priorities
- prioritize personal and work group tasks and work independently to deliver results
- organize and analyze data to address business
