Assistant Coordinator, Transportation

Summary

Baylor College of Medicine is seeking an Assistant Coordinator, Transportation. This role will interact with BCM employees by providing safe transportation and customer service.

This position requires a valid Texas Drivers License; clean driving record; three years of driving history in the United States.

The hours for this position are 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Position is located in the Texas Medical Center.

Job Duties

• Responsible for the transport of Baylor Faculty, Staff and Students to various BCM campuses.
• Operates shuttle ridership tracking system.
• Communicates with riders in a customer friendly manner.
• Performs daily maintenance and safety of vehicle and report all maintenance/safety issues.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid Texas Driver's License; clean driving record; three years of driving history in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Some transportation experience.
