The postdoc develops relationships with campus partners to develop strategies for best serving underrepresented students. The postdoc is encouraged to complete a project of their choice related to growing access, reducing barriers, and offering culturally appropriate services to underrepresented students. Additionally, they will maintain a caseload of generalist clients and receive further training and didactic experiences within professional issues and diversity, equity, & inclusion.
  3. In the CAPS Counselor-in-Residence (CIR) track, the postdoc supports Residence Life staff in addressing the mental health concerns of student residents.
