Job Description
This position will be a part of the Business Center for the College. It will be responsible for assisting with the management of the financial records for the College for both state and gift funds. This will include set up and maintenance of Excel spreadsheets, monitoring and reporting budget findings to the Director of Financial Operations. This position will be responsible for reconciling College budgets and resolving any discrepancies found and assisting with other financial support as needed. This position will handle purchases via the purchase card or the eVA purchase order system. It will assist with hiring and payroll paperwork for graduate assistants. It will assist with maintaining and tracking affiliation agreements, contracts and MOUs for the College. It will assist with place keeping fees for the College. It will assist with Chrome River submissions.

Demonstrated knowledge of accounting and/or budgeting principles and procedures. Knowledge of effective customer service and problem resolution techniques. Working knowledge of information systems such as Banner and computer software programs to generate reports, manipulate data, etc. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong data entry skills. Ability to pay close attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to monitor and reconcile budgets. Demonstrated ability to work well independently as well as with others in a diverse, collaborative team environment.

Working hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
Annual Salary/Hourly Rate
Salary range between $ - 41,000 and 44,000
