Position Summary:

The Wisconsin School of Business offers a number of graduate degree options. Within the MBA and Master's Admissions and Recruitment team, we oversee the recruitment for three of our MBA programs, (Full-time, Professional and Executive) and four of our one-year master's programs (arts and creative enterprise leadership, business analytics, real estate and supply chain management). This position will report to the Director of MBA and Master's Admissions and Recruitment and will have primary recruitment responsibilities for the our MBA or Master's programs, with a specific focus on the Professional MBA or business analytics.

The recruitment manager for MBA or Master's programs will be a part of the recruitment team that will help set and drive the recruitment strategy for the MBA or Master's programs. They will have primary role in developing new recruitment plans that will help grow the Professional and Executive MBA or Master's programs.

A person in this role should be detail-oriented, be an effective oral and written communicator, be creative and willing to create change. They will be presenting to large and small groups of people interested in our programs, and will need to comfortable in both large and one-on-one communication.

We are seeking a high energy person who desires to be a leader, change-maker and promoter of the Wisconsin School of Business graduate programs.

Degree and Area of Specialization:

Bachelors degree in any area.

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:

-Minimum of 1 year professional experience, preferably in areas such as recruitment, outreach, sales or related fields.
-3 years professional experience is desirable.

Additional Information:

This position may require travel within and outside of Wisconsin and working some nights and weekends.
