The College of Human Development, Culture, and Media of Seton Hall University invites applications for part-time adjunct instructors to teach in our on-campus Art, Design and Interactive Multimedia program. Seton Hall University is located in South Orange, New Jersey, just 14 miles from New York City. It is the oldest Catholic diocesan institution of higher education in the United States. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Teach up to two courses per semester
• Generally each class meets once a week for 2.5 hours

Required Qualifications:

• Expertise and ability to teach in one or more of the following areas: drawing, watercolor, sculpture, digital photography, 2D design and color, graphic design and advertising, animation, 3D computer graphics, and game design
• Earned graduate degree in visual art or design

Licenses and Certificates:

• A minimum of two years teaching experience at the college level
• Earned terminal degree in visual art or design

• Exempt

Physical Demands:

• General studio classroom environment
