Job Description

This position oversees the accounting programs, advising students and managing industry partnerships to support internships and job placements. This position will also work with faculty on curriculum planning and program administration to ensure a high-quality educational experience for students.
Job duties include:

• Assists in strategic planning to align program goals with the school’s mission and enhance student outcomes.
• Coordinates internships and study abroad programs, building partnerships to expand experiential learning opportunities.
• Manages marketing and admissions processes to attract and engage prospective students effectively.
• Engages with firms and stakeholders to secure quality internship placements that align with student and program objectives.
• Consults on curriculum planning and scheduling to ensure program relevance and student progression.
• Assists the school director in administrative tasks to support smooth program operations and goal achievement.
• Other duties, as assigned.

Shift

40 hours a week

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Preferred Qualifications

Professional experience as a Certified Public Accountant

Experience advising and mentoring students or professional staff members

Experience in relationship management with accounting firms and industry leaders

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 a year

Grade: GGS 11
