A Master’s in Human Services or a closely related field.

- Evidence of professional identity in the field of human services (i.e., articulation of what human services is, and education, teaching, work, or service in a human services context).
- 2-5 years of post-graduate experience in the helping professions (e.g., human services, social work, counseling, community development).
- Experience teaching undergraduate students in human services or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional identity and history of service in the helping fields to include membership, leadership, or service in professional organizations (e.g., NOHS, ACA, NAADAC etc.)
- Credential in a helping profession (e.g., QMHP, HS- BCP, LPC, LCSW, CSAC, etc.)
