The Opportunity
The College of Business at the University of Central Florida is pleased to invite applications for multiple 9-month positions hiring at the rank of an assistant professor (tenure-earning) or an associate professor (tenured). The selected candidates will participate in business analytics programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Minimum Qualifications:
Assistant Professor:
A Ph.D. in Accounting/Economics/Finance/Management/Marketing/Sports Business or related discipline from an AACSB accredited institution is required by date of hire.
Evidence of advanced graduate coursework in econometrics, statistics, or machine learning is essential.
Associate Professor:
A Ph.D. in Accounting/Economics/Finance/Management/Marketing/Sports Business or related discipline from an AACSB accredited institution is required at the time of application.
Evidence of advanced graduate coursework in econometrics, statistics, or machine learning is essential.
To obtain tenure, the selected candidate must have a demonstrated record of teaching, research, and service commensurate with rank in a department/school related to the candidate’s area of expertise.
Preferred Qualifications:
A record of success in teaching business analytics and/or related courses and demonstrated versatility in teaching business analytic applications across different business areas—for example, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Management, Finance, and Sports Business—is preferred.
Experience applying business analytics through consulting, professional time in business or government, and/or similar meaningful activities is desirable.
Demonstrated potential to publish original research in Accounting/Economics/Finance/Management/Marketing/Sports Business or related disciplines is also preferred.
