Summary:
Teach baking and pastry credit courses.

Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Baking, Pastry, or related.
  • A minimum of five (5) years' industry experience

The number of adjunct faculty hired varies from semester to semester, depending upon the needs of the department. Adjunct faculty hires and assignments are coordinated by the department chairs. Teach the core baking and pastry credit courses, Patisserie I, Patisserie II and including baking electives including Yeast Breads, Cake Decorating, and Contemporary Restaurant Desserts.
