Part time Strategy Intern

Job Summary

Health Sciences Strategy is a collaborative and dynamic environment where team members contribute to projects that drive the core missions of Health Sciences. These projects, which may last from weeks to months, require both detail-oriented analysis and the ability to think creatively, critically, abstractly, and theoretically. The intern will play a key role in developing, managing, and analyzing complex datasets across clinical, financial, and business domains (e.g., patient segmentation, health outcomes, pro forma financial statements, market assessments) to craft, inform, and monitor health system strategy.
While data science (e.g., clinical, financial, business analytics) and innovative visualizations are used to support the strategy, the focus of this role is not data-first but rather leveraging data as a tool to build compelling strategic narratives and solutions. Day-to-day tasks include supporting analysts and engagement managers by gathering relevant data, ensuring timely project support, and advancing multiple initiatives concurrently.

The intern reports to the Senior Engagement Manager for Strategy.
