Part-Time Charleston Campus Student Government Programs Assistant - FY 2025
Job Description
This position aids our students and staff by completing the following duties:
- Answering and transferring calls on multi-line phone
- Retrieving and responding to voicemails
- Filing paperwork, data entry, and archiving files
- Assisting walk-in students
- Creating and monitoring social media posts
- Participating and assisting in campus events
- Creating student and staff ID cards
- Posting and taking down flyers
- Attending student government meetings as needed
- Attend and fully participate in leadership development
activities
- Participating in campus wide committees and events
- Assisting with leadership program promotions
- Additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Selected student must maintain a 2.5 semester and cumulative
GPA during employment.
- Selected student(s) must be enrolled in a minimum of six credit
hours at the Charleston Campus
