Position: Visiting Assistant Professor of Mathematics
The College of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) seeks a full-time Assistant Professor of Mathematics to begin August 2025. This position is a 2-year contract, expiring in June 2027, with the possibility of renewal or conversion to tenure-track.
Primary responsibilities include teaching undergraduate courses in mathematics and statistics, advising students, and providing service to the University.
Required Qualifications:
Candidates should provide evidence of quality teaching experience and scholarly productivity.
We seek candidates with a Ph.D. in Mathematics by August 2025 with evidence of quality teaching experience and scholarly productivity. Qualified candidates should have experience teaching a variety of undergraduate mathematics courses.
