QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Requirements : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Master's degree preferred.

Experience Requirements : Experience teaching adults is preferred.

Required Documents : You must be a "Licensed Real Estate Pre-License Instructor" and provide your license issued by the IDFPR.

JOB DESCRIPTION ABOUT THE TEAM

The Career and Technical Programs provide programs of study that involve a multiyear sequence of courses that integrate core academic knowledge with technical and occupational knowledge to provide students with a pathway to postsecondary education and careers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Must be a licensed broker ​or a licensed attorney and have experience teaching (online/in person). You must be a "Licensed Real Estate Pre-License Instructor" and provide your license issued by the IDFPR. Be able to deliver instructional training and provide an overview of the 60-hour Broker Pre-License and 15-hour Applied Real Estate Principles (Interactive). Will be required to submit a course syllabus, maintain student attendance, and upload student grades upon completion of each course. Classes are offered every semester.
