Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor, Financial Counseling and Planning for Consumer Science

Primary Duties: Purdue University’s White Lodging-J.W. Marriott, Jr. School of Hospitality and Tourism Management Division of Consumer Science seeks a nine-month Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor of Consumer Science to teach courses in Financial Counseling and Planning (FCPL), and one or more of the programs within the Division. Our programs include Selling and Sales Management, Retail Management, and FCPL. We are interested in high-impact teaching, outreach, and industry engagement. We are dedicated to student and faculty success. The Division maintains strong industry partnerships in all three majors, which provides our graduates with an abundance of internship and career opportunities. The successful candidate is expected to collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, industry engagement, and departmental service.
