Summary:
As an Adjunct , you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to participants seeking certification in CPR, Construction, First Aid, and/or OSHA 10. You will utilize your industry expertise to ensure that participants gain the skills and confidence required to meet professional standards.
Required Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Certification or relevant credentials in the specific area of instruction (CPR, Construction, First Aid, and/or OSHA 10).
- Proven experience as an instructor or trainer in a professional setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students with diverse learning styles.
- Knowledge of current industry standards, practices, and regulations.
- Flexibility to teach at different locations and times, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
- Professional experience related to the curriculum being taught
- Experience presenting to groups, teaching adults, or corporate training
- Developed and/or implemented training materials
- Ability to work effectively and constructively with persons of diverse cultures, gender identities, language groups, and abilities
- Competency in technologies commonly used for virtual and in-person training

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, hands-on instruction in CPR, Construction, First Aid, and/or OSHA 10 courses.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet course objectives and certification requirements.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning.
- Ensure all training materials and equipment are prepared and maintained.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices to ensure course content remains relevant and current.
- Maintain a professional and supportive learning environment for all participants.
- Complete and submit required documentation and reports in a timely manner.
