The On-Campus Student Recruiter assists in the effective
recruitment of future “Champions for Christ” through our Visitors
Center. This part-time student worker is pivotal to the success of
Liberty University’s recruitment efforts and will be asked to lead
campus tours while assisting with on-campus recruitment events. The
On-Campus Student Recruiter will be a positive representation of
Liberty’s student body, and offer a positive first impression, or
“handshake” of the university.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule and conduct campus tours (in-person or virtual).
- Open & Close Hancock Welcome Center facility.
- Schedule Academic Appointments on behalf of prospective students.
- Completing projects and other assigned tasks such as but not
limited to:
- Vehicle cleaning
- Cleaning Model Dorm Rooms
- Maintaining Hospitality Kitchen
- Support Recruitment events such as ExperienceLU, and DecideLU, and College for a Weekend
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no direct reports.
QUALIFICATIONS AND CREDENTIALS
- Outgoing, Christ-like personality.
- Must be a current student.
- Have been a currently student for at least one semester.
- Familiarity with academic programs and campus life.
- Have a GPA of 2.75 or higher.
- Professional level in oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, & Outlook).
- Available to work weekends and academic breaks.
