Supervise junior level nursing students during clinicals as they
learn total patient care.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
1. Create patient assignments for nursing students.
2. Work with unit nurses to ensure patient safety as well as pleasant nursing work relationships.
3. Grade clinical papers.
Qualifications, Credentials, and Competencies
Four-year college degree, with a concentration in Nursing (BSN) and must be willing to pursue MSN within one year of becoming hired faculty. Eager to encourage young nursing students and serve as a role model for Christian Nursing ministry. Must be actively involved in a local evangelical church. Must be CPR certified. Recent clinical experience required.
