Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in public health, health administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in program management, public health, or a related area.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
License/Certification Required
Essential Job Functions
- Oversee the comprehensive management and operation of the Appalachian MRC unit and its satellite units.
- Ensure efficient volunteer recruitment, retention, and training.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation.
- Analyze data and prepare regular reports to track progress and outcomes.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among team members and stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and guidance within a team environment.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required for this Position
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in public health, health administration, or a related field.
- Experience working with Medical Reserve Corps or similar volunteer organizations.
- Knowledge of ASPR requirements and MRC Program Plan.
- Experience with community engagement and stakeholder relationship management.
Work Schedule/Hours: 20 hours per week.
