Job Description:

The Department of Political Science invites applications for a position in International Relations starting Fall 2025. This is a tenure-track position. We invite applications at the Assistant/Associate Professor level. Teaching responsibilities will include a combination of courses in the fields of theories of international relations including critical international relations theory, global governance and security studies. For this position an expertise in Asian studies will be a distinct advantage. These positions will involve teaching at the BA and MA levels within the Department of Political Science. The search committee is eager to review applications of individuals with demonstrated excellence in teaching, an accomplished and active research agenda, and an interest in living and working in the Middle East. Requirements:

A PhD is required at the time of appointment. Successful candidates should have an ongoing research and publication program and teaching experience. In addition to research and teaching, responsibilities include service to the Department and the University.
