Those who will excel in this position of responsibility will maintain regular and punctual attendance. These effective team members will have the following duties and responsibilities:

• Clean and service a variety of Husson University facilities in order to ensure cleanliness while protecting the health of the campus community.
• Individuals in these positions must be willing to support special events by setting up and removing tables, chairs, furniture, etc.

Typical QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED PreferredApplicants should possess:

• Knowledge of standard methods, practices, tools and equipment, as well as occupational hazards and safety rules.
• Knowledge of how to clean using types of proper chemicals to successfully complete specific tasks.
• Some knowledge of the equipment used in this position.
• *We are willing to train the right person if knowledge base is not possessed.
• Other Skills and Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license
• Solid interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to facilitate cohesion and positive interactions as part of the custodial team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Dedication exceeding high quality standards when completing assigned tasks.
• Willingness to be flexible with occasional shift rescheduling as needs arise.
• Neat and professional appearance in accordance with University dress code
• Polite and courteous behavior when interacting with others.
