Evaluation and Dissemination Coordinator


Location: Moscow, Boise, Off Campus Location - Hybrid/Remote

Position Summary:
This position will coordinate program evaluation and dissemination/marketing activities for ICIE (Idaho Competitive Integrative Employment), a statewide project at the University of Idaho's Center on Disabilities and Human Development

Evaluation responsibilities include:
  • Designing and implementing evaluation plans
  • Creating evaluation documents and measurement tools
  • Gathering and organizing evaluation data
  • Creating evaluation reports
  • Using evaluation data for program improvement



Dissemination/marketing responsibilities may include developing and implementing a communication, dissemination, and marketing plan by:
  • Establishing protocols, standards and branding for the development and dissemination of project materials
  • Coordinating the production of project marketing materials
  • Working collaboratively internally and externally to facilitate project-wide effective communications


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing or Education; four additional years of experience in program evaluation and/or dissemination/marketing (for a total of seven years) may substitute for a Bachelor's Degree
  • Three years of work experience in program evaluation and/or dissemination/marketing


Preferred Qualifications:
Education
  • Master's degree in Communication or Program Evaluation



Experience
  • Four or more years of related work experience as a program evaluator and dissemination coordinator in an academic setting including:
  • Working in the disability field related to public education
  • Collaborating with multiple agencies and projects to accomplish identified goals
  • Working with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Working with social media platforms
  • Developing and implementing dissemination, communication and marketing plans
  • Developing data collection and analysis methods and procedures in the education field
  • Implementing continuous improvement cycles including planning, data collection and project adjustment to achieve long-term outcomes
  • Writing evaluation reports
  • Working collaboratively with multiple internal and external partners
  • Working independently and in a team environment
  • Communicating effectively both verbally and in writing
