Brief Summary of Work for this Position: The Director of Video Services and Multimedia for UNCW Athletics manages all aspects of Creative Content and Streaming. The Director oversees all special projects, video board content, creative content creation, graphic design, and video services in the multimedia team for UNCW athletics. This includes the strategic development to further enhance the athletics' mission and brand along with the operational needs. The Director must have the ability to enhance the student-athlete experience through the services provided. The Director leads the recruitment, development, and management of full-time, temporary, and student staffs. This team will be responsible for all streaming and video content creation for the athletic department.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: High school diploma or equivalency and four years of progressive experience in a broadcast television, radio and emerging media environment, of which one year is supervisory; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
