Executive Assistant and Board Governance Liaison
The Executive Assistant and Board Governance Liaison (EA/BGL) provides high-level administrative and operational support to the President, Provost and Board of Trustees. You will provide strategic scheduling and administrative support to the President, manage day-to-day operations of the President's & Provost's Offices, lead specific initiatives for the offices, and provide administrative, technical, and logistical support to the Board of Trustees.
The EA/BGL will be a trusted partner to executive leadership, including the President, Provost, Chief of Staff and the Board of Trustees. You will have significant autonomy and responsibility in coordinating high-level priorities across the organization. This role requires exceptional judgment, professionalism, strong fundamental office skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing demands. You must be a critical thinker with superb communication abilities to effectively liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred
Experience
- 5-7 years of experience in executive and/or Board support position.
- Previous professional experience in higher education, preferred.
