Job Summary/Basic Function
Reporting to the Director of Building Services, serve as Project Manager on major maintenance projects to include coordinating maintenance and repair issues with contracted services providers, departmental staff, university affiliated departments and administrators, etc. for Middle Tennessee State University. Monitor assigned projects in all phases until completion. Assist the Director of Building Services in the management and administration of the work order system data stream and conducting assigned research. Manage the department's service delivery priorities in the Director's absence. Perform other related tasks and special projects as assigned.
Required Education
Bachelor's degree required
Required Related Experience
Four (4) years successful full time work experience in facilities management and/or facilities operations; knowledge of computers and MS Office programs.
