Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of five years’ post-secondary education or relevant work experience
- Completion of Harvard IT Academy specified foundational courses (or external equivalent) preferred
- Work is performed in an office setting
- Act as a key technical liaison to our constituents including Harvard University Information Technology (HUIT), Harvard College, and the Griffin Graduate School of Arts and Science (GSAS); guide and prioritize reinvention of existing processes across all sub-units in the FAS Registrar's Office including Academic Planning, Enrollment Services, and Information & Records Management
- In collaboration with the Registrar leadership team, contribute to the unit's overall technical strategic plan; propose robust solutions to FAS complex business needs; provide data reporting and data analysis, and act as primary liaison with HUIT regarding security roles and access to student information systems; provide technical support for EMS room reservation system
- Serve as primary facilitator of critical technical training for new employees and advise Business Systems Analysts (BSA) in the Registrar's Office on data governance best practices across teams
- Conduct collaborative Business Systems Analyst peer group meetings and mentorship opportunities
- Act as dedicated Business Systems Analyst for Academic Planning unit needs regarding reporting, process reinvention, technical training
