Job Summary
Job Duties
- Faculty teach undergraduate, general education, and graduate courses.
- Faculty are expected to hold regular office hours for student assistance.
- Faculty are expected to attend departmental faculty meetings and serve on departmental committees as assigned.
- Faculty are expected to post grades in Canvas and submit Starfish reports, midterm grades, and final grades in a timely manner.
Required Minimum Qualifications
- A terminal degree with a concentration in a closely related field is required.
- Successful candidates are expected to have an established and ongoing scholarly record in the field as appropriate to rank
- 1-3 years of experience in college teaching
- Candidate should have Quality Matters or comparable certification in online instruction and be able to develop and teach courses in support of the growing online graduate program. The
- Ability to navigate Canvas learning management system.
- Previous experience working with an ethnically and culturally diverse student population.
- Additional years of experience in college teaching
