The Opportunity
Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University's Worldwide campus is currently hiring adjunct faculty to teach ESCI 206- Fluid Mechanics.
Course Description
Physical characteristics of the fluid state. Fluid statics. Kinematics of fluid motion. Flow of an incompressible ideal fluid. The impulse-momentum principles. Similitude and dimensional analysis; fluid measurements.
Please note that ERAU policy requires that all adjuncts be physically located within the United States while working for the University, including during training. Presently, we are able to support work for new adjuncts from all U.S. states except California. ERAU does not support work from international locations with some limited exceptions for individuals who are residing and working from U.S. military bases.

Qualifications
Required Education:
- Doctorate with dissertation or Masters degree within the teaching discipline (see list below).
- Professional Engineer’s license
- Project Management Institute certification
- Engineering project management
- Participation in engineering design reviews
- Service on conceptual design teams for aerospace systems
- Direction of or participation in laboratory testing of engineering systems
- Systems Engineering
- Engineering (includes Aerospace, Aeronautical, Astronautics, Architectural, Civil, Construction, Mechanical, Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering)
