Position Overview

The CO-OP Admin Assistant facilitates effective communication and operational efficiency within the CO-OP arena. This role involves engaging proactively with partners, customers, and staff while providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure seamless departmental functioning.

Job Duties
  • Engage in proactive communication with partners, customers, and staff.
  • Work with the Campus Enterprises Marketing department and assist with social media posts.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient departmental functioning.
  • Initiate and manage correspondence pertinent to the CO-OP arena.
  • Organize and maintain records, including sorting and filing tasks.
  • Oversee cash procedures and perform basic bookkeeping duties.
  • Execute various administrative tasks, ranging from data management to document production.
  • Manage calendars, student worker schedules, and coordinate events and meetings.
Qualifications/Experience Required

General education or vocational training with relevant experience.

Qualifications/Experience Preferred

Two years of college or a Bachelor's degree. Preferred experience in esports and/or educational environments. Three to four years of experience in customer service, office management, or bookkeeping. Proficiency with office suites and basic IT troubleshooting.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and able to quickly learn new technology. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite applications such as editing and resizing photos in Adobe Photoshop. Excellent communication skills (written and oral), organizational and public relations skills. Ability to work well with others. Ability to operate office equipment. Ability to multitask and give attention to detail. Strong customer service orientation.
