The Human Resources Director in the College of Education and Human Development is responsible for driving a strategic and service-oriented human resources function within the college. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and Chief of Operations and in partnership with the Office of Human Resources, the HR Director oversees all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition and retention, performance and talent management, employee and labor relations, classification, compensation and compliance.
This role partners with college leaders to develop and implement strategies that foster a diverse and inclusive work environment and promote community and belonging. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building relationships across all levels of the institution, collaborating with leaders to drive employee engagement and delivering high quality HR services to constituents.
