The UW College of Engineering has an outstanding opportunity for an Associate Dean for Inclusive Excellence to join their team.

This position is responsible for leading the college’s ongoing efforts to become an accessible, welcoming, and inclusive community. This position will leverage its subject matter expertise to lead and develop best practices and guidelines that strengthen the College’s goals around diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. The Associate Dean for Inclusive Excellence is expected to work collaboratively and will report to the Frank & Julie Jungers Dean of Engineering and is a member of the Dean’s leadership team.
