Position Details
Duties Performed in the Usual Course of the Job
This is a nine-month appointment (additional summer teaching a possibility). The faculty member will teach undergraduate and graduate courses in all areas of finance, with a preference given to those experienced and interested in teaching investment- related courses, including fixed income instruments. The teaching load is nine hours per long semester. Experience teaching courses online is a plus. Candidates must have a strong commitment to research which leads to refereed publications. Service to the university and the profession is also expected.
Educational Requirements for the Position
Ph.D. or D.B.A. with specialization in Finance from an AACSB -accredited college of business program. ABD’s (“All But Dissertation”) will be considered.
Experience Required for the Position
Other Requirements for the Position
Experience using / teaching on Bloomberg terminals a plus. Experience with the certified financial planning program is also a plus.

The appointment is effective for the 2025 – 2026 academic year.
