Job Details
The Edward and Lynn Breen Center for Career and Professional Development at Lebanon Valley College seeks a senior director. Reporting to the executive director, the senior director oversees College’s strategic imperative around student post-graduation success. The senior director provides comprehensive management, direction, coordination, and delivery of career and professional development services with a special emphasis on student experiential learning. The senior director works with students, faculty, business and industry representatives, alumni, and other stakeholders to promote and support student success upon graduation. Qualifications include a master’s degree in business, human resources, organizational development, counseling or related field, and five years professional experience in a leadership role with direct reports. Experience in project planning and management, prior experience as an instructor, adjunct or other class/facilitator in higher education is preferred.
