The Department of Management, Strategy and Entrepreneurship (MSE) in the Cox School of Business at SMU is seeking to hire a non-tenure track Professor of Practice/Clinical Professor in Strategy (#49888) with an August 2025 start. Thought leadership, a charismatic persona, and an innovative spirit are essential. The candidate selected will be involved in mentoring students in and outside the classroom so that they perform at a high level in experiential projects and practicums and in their post-Cox careers. Both salary and teaching load are competitive.

Minimum qualifications: Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Strategy or a related field by the start of employment as well as extensive experience in teaching courses in strategic management.

Preferred qualifications: Interest in making significant contributions to the delivery of undergraduate and graduate curriculum as well as extracurricular program components (i.e., honors practicum, experiential learning, orientation, outside speakers, internships, and placement opportunities).
