To provide support to the Institute Manager including, but not limited to, coordinating events, organization of operational documentation, and communications with internal constituents and external vendors.

- Supports manager with planning, coordinating, and over-sight of projects and special events related to programs.
- Compiles CompX, Travel, Scholar and Prize Grants applications, including implementation of guidelines and assisting grantees.
- Files reimbursements and payments for programs and events.
- Requests grantee and honorarium payments.
- Communicates grantee balances monthly.

- Prepares a wide variety of materials such as correspondence, reports, handouts, etc., proofreading to ensure accuracy.
- Assists the manager with orientation for new staff and visitors to Dartmouth and the community.
