Job Summary:
The Data Integration Analyst position is located within the Administration and Operations department and will report to the Assistant Director of Information Technology. This position will be responsible for managing the data and synchronization between WIDA's core applications, including Salesforce CRM, Canvas LMS, Eloqua and a custom developed WIDA Secure Portal. This position will be responsible for working with developers and other IT staff to define and design data sync processes between these critical systems and will provide continued support of these processes with monitoring and remediation of issues. Additionally, this role will create and support ad-hoc data loads and extracts in and out of our systems and develop custom reports and dashboards to present data to users.
Working fully remote is an option for this position within the United States (working remotely internationally is not an option). Requests to work remotely would need to be reviewed based on the UW and School of Education (SoE) remote work policies and go through the SoE implementation process. * Minimum of 2 years of proven experience writing complex SQL queries as a database developer or data analyst
* Minimum of 2 years of experience with data integrations and transformation of data
* Experience with ETL tools like Informatica
* Experience creating reports or data visualizations
* Strong attention to detail
* Collaborative approach to problem solving
* Excellent communication, customer service, teamwork, and issue resolution skills
Preferred Criteria
* Experience working with Salesforce data
* Experience with data analysis tools like Tableau or Power BI
Work Schedule:
40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. WIDA Core hours: 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. CT. Schedule will be determined upon hire.

- 20% Assists in assessment of business requirements, determination of appropriate strategy, and making recommendations
- 15% Assists in the design, implementation, and maintenance of data warehouses and data models needed to support analysis and reporting
- 10% Provides routine operational support and issue resolution of a data warehouses and associated processes
- 10% Provides guidance to internal stakeholders on data warehousing, database application programs, and automated procedures and reporting
- 5% Assists in the identification, development, and facilitation of training opportunities regarding data sets and programs
- 15% Collaborates with other IT professionals in the development of appropriate data warehousing design guidelines and effective use of tools for building and managing data models for data warehouses
- 10% Implements and tests routine data warehousing tools and data models
- 15% Supports the data cleaning, integration, and transformation of data in accordance with the defined target data model
