Located in Greater Boston, MassBay is a comprehensive, open-access community college offering associate degrees and certificate programs on three campuses in Wellesley Hills, Framingham, and Ashland, Massachusetts.
Position Summary:
All open positions are Hybrid & On-site, and employees are expected to be on-site as per their approved schedule.

The Program Coordinator ESL to Cybersecurity Pathway position at MassBay that will report to Executive Director of the CPWD. This position will also work in close collaboration as a partner with the manager of the CyberRange. The Program Coordinator is a role that supports each of our international, newcomer, immigrant and incumbent worker students in their journey through ESL, Basic Computers as a base and moving them into Google Administrator, Google Security, CompTIA and CompTIA plus and Security Plus. The Coordinator understands the experience of being a newcomer and a business professional and is very well connected to corporate, student and the global industry of Cyber Security who are our emerging partners. The coordinator also works closely with the range highlighting experiences, partnerships and stories and global trends protecting public, business and international industry as threats across the globe become more of our daily lives.
The coordinator works closely with data administrator and supports need of program and of the ESL- CS pathway student. This includes working with ED and Manager on corporate communication, scheduling all courses, workshops, fairs, recruiting and registration, navigating multiple educational resources, logins, space allocation, classroom links, certificates, and systems to complete their certificates, pipelines and career requirements.
The coordinator works closely with their partner liaisons in the building. ESL – CS pathways program bridging several departments on campus as well as in cyber industry. It is important that the Coordinator understands the newcomer experience through lived experience or extensive immersion. The Coordinator needs to be organized, detail orientated, motivational and finds joy in building relationships and bringing people together to support global cybersecurity, workforce in the Commonwealth and student’s success.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Support program and student with ESL- CS pathway requirements;
- Develop and support new programming for Google Admin, Google Security and CompTia within industry partner sites;
- Facilitate new engaging career events, industry-informing kiosks, and community fairs about global cybersecurity;
- Develop new relationships with partnerships to help community and constituents understand our pathway;
- Meet 1:1 With ESL- CS pathway students as touchpoints;
- Collaborate with careers and the cyber range;
- Work with faculty to understand and anticipate their needs and expectations from each student;
- Ensure all compliance with program certification requirements are completed by each student;
- Expand global cyber security awarenessand the cyber range and produce marketing information to promote within each worksite and employer partner;
- Work across departments and community and data administrator to build successful outcomes;
- Develop systems within the workplace to inform more community members about ESL- CS pathway;
- Monitor all student compliance and attendance and provide referrals to wrap around supports as needed;
- Provide assessments and evaluate student outcomes;
- Manage CRM and update Data Metrics;
- Accept training in TOPS administration with
MassHire.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience supported non-traditional adult learners in an educational program;
- Interest in International Business and Global Cyber Security;
- Ability to engage with external constituents from many diverse backgrounds;
- Ability to travel regionally to multiple companies;
- Ability to develop engaging marketing materials;
- Ability to direct, promote and manage relationships that support growth in CompTIA and Google Admin Programs;
- Ability to problem-solve across multiple partnerships;
- Experience administering ESL assessments;
- Ability to create enthusiasm and momentum around new innovative industry and cyber range;
- Experience offering direct services that support constituents
with long-term goals.

Salary Range: $52,000 per year
