Responsibilities:
  • Review and assess travel using data to make informed travel plans for fall and spring recruitment
  • Represent the university at events such as high school visits, college fair programs and conferences, as well as on-campus Open House events and other recruitment and yield activities
  • Attendance at on-campus events and travel is required
  • Review of first-year applications within recruitment territory
  • Liaison to academic schools as assigned
  • Candidate should have a strong working knowledge of Slate
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is required
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a university setting focused on multicultural or diversity initiatives
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with the ability to skillfully engage students from all backgrounds
  • Proficiency with Slate or similar admissions management software
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively during recruitment seasons
