Campus Events Team
Location: Moscow

Pay Range: $13.50 per hour

Position Summary:
Work under the general direction of the Assistant Director of Event Production, assisting in setting-up and supporting public events, athletic events, theater productions or civic activities sponsored by the University of Idaho.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of event-related equipment (such as sound and lighting equipment) and applications;
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints;
- Ability to maintain a current, valid driver’s license and meet the university’s driving requirements;
- Experience operating and maintaining multi-channel audio systems, lighting systems and/or video equipment;
- Experience performing up and down rigging;
- Experience scheduling, coordinating, and supervising staff.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
Ability to:
- Perform rigging and to stand and squat on catwalks and beams 70 feet above floor level;
- Lift, carry and/or otherwise move 50 lbs;
- Work off of ladders; work in dusty environments;
- Work variable schedules including evening, nights, weekends and holidays to meet production deadlines.
