Position Primary Purpose and General Responsibilities
The School of Pharmacy invites you to apply for the position of OEE Administrative Coordinator. The purpose of the OEE Administrative Coordinator position is to provide administrative coordination and support to the Office of Experiential Education ( OEE ) to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency for the office in all areas of administrative support.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Serves as liaison between the Office Experiential Education ( OEE ) and internal/external customers;
• Manages office operations by providing administrative support, organizing travel arrangements, meetings, and scheduling;
• Provides support to experiential courses;
• Coordinates verbal, written, and electronic materials for OEE and provides secondary-level administrative aid for IT platforms;
• Prepares preceptor site visit materials and assists with coordinating site visits, as needed. Minimum Hiring Standards

• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work in a self-directed manner with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated competence in information technology
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Several years comparable administrative experience Preferred Hiring Standards
• Bachelor’s degree
