The Department of History of the University of Notre Dame invites applications for a tenure-track position in African American history since 1865 at the rank of assistant professor. All subspecialties are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will also be invited to participate in the intellectual life of the Department of Africana Studies and the Initiative on Race and Resilience.
