- Notre Dame's School of Arts and Sciences seeks to hire a
part-time Administrative Assistant for the Art Therapy Department.
The administrative assistant role is essential for the effective
management of annual accreditation requirements of the department.
The assistant plays a critical role in messaging about and
receiving surveys from program stakeholders as mandated for outcome
reporting for accreditation maintenance. In receiving surveys, the
assistant culls the necessary data and creates summary reports for
the department in coordination with the Department Chair and
Graduate Program Director. Further the assistant holds a critical
communication role in the department’s graduate enrollment process,
as well as with program alumni and related employer outreach and
contact management. Additionally, the assistant supports student
and event scheduling and implementation for the undergraduate and
graduate programs. Applications including resume, cover letter and
any other materials are accepted through the on-line system
only . Preferred schedule would be Monday-Wednesday 9-4 or 5 pm
and Thursday mornings.

Job Qualifications
Requirements:
Applicants should possess at least an associate’s degree and excellent time management and communication skills, both verbal and written. Candidates should be fluent with Microsoft Office applications, Canva and Adobe products for in house departmental needs, as well as use and management of shared drives. The department values consistency in attendance and prompt communication when there are inevitable interruptions due to personal reasons. The department also welcomes candidates who wish to collaborate on creating and reimagining work systems as the undergraduate and graduate programs continue to grow.
